1970 CHEVY K5 BLAZER 4x4This is a really cool truck. What I know about this truck:- It has a new style wiring harness with new style fuses. - All auto meter gauges that work. - Small block Chevy engine. - MSD Distributor. - Edelbrock intake and carb.- Heat wrapped headers. - A/C is not hooked up. - Serpentine belt system with AC pump and new alternator. - Flowmaster exhaust (Has a loud leak)- Rear traction bars. - Dual shock mounts. - Front axle and rear axel stabilizer and skid plate.- Unitrax rear end. I have ner seen anythin like it before. Please see picture of axle data plate. Really odd looking diff cover. (see pics)- Auto 350 Turbo transmission. Seems to shift through all gears really fast. Transmission kick down is not hooked up. - This truck was originally a 4 speed truck. I purchased a good condition sm465 4 speed trans with a NP205 transfer case. Bell housing to end of transfer case is still all bolted together. Both trans and transfer case still have the shifters and boots. Comes with clutch linkage and truck still has the pedal in it. You can install or sell these parts.- The top on this truck needs some work but it is not bad. - Most of the paint is original. - Roll cage. - Newer fuel tank. - Aluminum rims. - Tires are ok but miss matched. - There is ver little rust on the corner at door bottom and on driver side rocker. Very very minimal. I own a paint and body shop. In my opinion this truck needs about 32 hours of body prep before paint. I have waited years to buy one of these trucks and I finally did a couple of weeks ago. I am selling this because I have to, not because I want to. Please only bid if you have the money. It does read salvage. Someone sold this truck to a salvage yard years ago when its motor blew up. The guy I purchased it from bought it from the salvage yard years ago. This truck has never been in a wreak. The fact that the title reads salvage does not affect the value of this truck. If you have a problem with the salvage title do not bid!! This truck has not been registered for a few months. I am sure there is a couple hundred dollars in late fees, maybe. I dont know??
