Vehicle Detail

This auction is for an excellent condition 1969 Ford Mustang 2 Door Fastback body with a 300:1 9" rear. Vin #9R02F100646, originally from California and now in Pa. This is a great car with no rust, the floors have been replaced and all other panels are original and solid. It has front disc brakes, drums in the back and a 9" rear with a 3:1 ratio differential. There are new KYB shocks on the front and rear of the car, a new rear stabilizer bar, new front H.D. stabilizer bar and a new front spring block. There are new front A arms (all installed), new spring mounts and other suspension bushings. The car has been converted to rack and pinion steering with a new tilt steering column. Also included are 4 magnum 500 15" rims. The clutch and brake paddles are set up for a manual transmission. This car also has Global West tubular frame connectors. The body has been stripped down to bare metal and had 2K primer applied along with 2 coats of Kirker hot rod black acrylic urethane enamel paint in order to protect the body until the metal work has been done on it. There are a few minor dings in the panels but there is no rust and the body is straight. The hood and the left front door are the worst of it. It does have all the glass. This model was the 2+2 option so it is set up for a fold down rear seat. New vapor barriers come with the car. I'm pretty sure that the transmission has been rebuilt as it is excellent condition but since I didn't do the work I can't confirm this. It's a toploaded 4 speed transmission with shifter, drive train is 390 cubic inch board .30. Crankshaft rods and mains are 10-10 and it has aproximately 20 - 25,000 miles on it. Overall this is a great car with a clear, ready to be transferred title. This auction is for the above mentioned car and items only, however, I do have almost everything else that you could possibly need to complete it and will be selling all items seperately unless contacted by an interested buyer for all.
