For sale is by beloved Willys Jeep. This vehicle has been in my family for over 50 years! It started on my family farm in Woodstock NY and was transported to CT when the farm was finally sold. The Jeep was purchased from the original owner, a gas station in Westfield NJ, by my father to be used as a farm vehicle. I never registered her until this year, not sure why. I've had fun driving her around town doing various errands etc. The Jeep drives very well. As you can see from the pictures, she has very little rust and is almost completely original. I had the bed and floor replaced about ten years ago. The farm work was rough on them! The plow is gone, I removed most of it a few years ago after the body work was completed. I no longer drover her in winter after that. The motor runs very strong and starts right up. I've had various tune-ups done but none recently. It hasn't been needed. I would recommend a new exhaust at some point, and some upholstery, a job I started but never finished. I removed the original cover of the passenger seat to send to a specialist in the Midwest to duplicate, but never sent it. My vision was a parade vehicle for my young daughter! The vehicle is not perfect but with a little more TLC, can be a great example of an early CJ5. Please let me know if you have any questions.
