This is a very nice and well cared for SUV. I have included 70+ pictures to provide the full story on this truck, so be sure to check them out. First, let me start by telling you this Rendezvous was purchased new by a family member of mine. It is a ONE OWNER vehicle. CarFax reports it as 2 owner, but it is not. It was purchased new in San Jose, CA and in 2009 it was brought here to South Florida by the same owner and retitled in Florida. I know all of the history of this vehicle and it has been a great truck since 2007. It has been kept well maintained, and has been driven regularly. It is the fully loaded "CXL" version and has just about every option possible in the 2007 model year. The color is called "Cappuccino Frost Metallic". The exterior of this Buick is in good condition. The paint is in over all very good condition, with just a few scratches and dings here and there as you would expect. The interior of the truck is in over all very good shape as well. The seats are leather and suade. The headliner is like new. This truck has power seats, power windows and central locks. It has HEATED SEATS. The dual-zone A/C is ice cold. All of the options work as designed. Again, the pictures pretty much tell the story here, so be sure to check them all out for the full story. This Rendezvous is fitted with General Motors 3.5L V6 and an automatic transmission. The check engine light comes and goes. The reason is a small sensor located inside the transmission is failing. The truck runs and shifts just fine, every once in a while it hesitates when shifting between 1st and second. Around 60,000 miles have been put on the truck since this sensor started to go and in no way affects the driveability of the vehicle. I very recently drove this truck to northern Ohio and back myself and it was a great ride. I am a one man car dealer located in Cape Coral, FL. Dealer Fee. I charge a $250 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. Here’s a 2007 Buick Rendezvous CXL up for sale. This is a very nice and well cared for SUV. I have included 70+ pictures to provide the full story on this truck, so be sure to check them out. First, let me start by telling you this Rendezvous was purchased new by a family member of mine. It is a ONE OWNER vehicle. CarFax reports it as 2 owner, but it is not. It was purchased new in San Jose, CA and in 2009 it was brought here to South Florida by the same owner and retitled in Florida. I know all of the history of this vehicle and it has been a great truck since 2007. It has been kept well maintained, and has been driven regularly. It is the fully loaded "CXL" version and has just about every option possible in the 2007 model year. The color is called "Cappuccino Frost Metallic".
The exterior of this Buick is in good condition. The paint is in over all very good condition, with just a few scratches and dings here and there as you would expect. The interior of the truck is in over all very good shape as well. The seats are leather and suade. The headliner is like new. This truck has power seats, power windows and central locks. It has HEATED SEATS. The dual-zone A/C is ice cold. All of the options work as designed. Again, the pictures pretty much tell the story here, so be sure to check them all out for the full story.
This Rendezvous is fitted with General Motors 3.5L V6 and an automatic transmission. The check engine light comes and goes. The reason is a small sensor located inside the transmission is failing. The truck runs and shifts just fine, every once in a while it hesitates when shifting between 1st and second. Around 60,000 miles have been put on the truck since this sensor started to go and in no way affects the driveability of the vehicle. I very recently drove this truck to northern Ohio and back myself and it was a great ride.

1. Before You Bid
1.1. Read the Vehicle Description and Ask Questions. I spend a lot of time creating my listings, and I make every effort to thoroughly, accurately and fairly describe the vehicles I offer. If you have a specific question or concern, or if I missed something, please feel free to ask. Please keep in mind that I sell pre-owned vehicles. As with any pre-owned vehicle, minor cosmetic flaws may be visible under close inspection.
1.2. Inspect the Vehicle. I encourage you to inspect the vehicle personally or through an inspection service prior to bidding. If you would like to inspect the vehicle, please call to make arrangements. Most of my vehicles are kept inside.
1.3. Be Aware That Vehicles Are Offered As Is/No Warranty Unless Stated. Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, the vehicle is being sold “as-is”, with no warranty. I try to accurately and fairly describe any known mechanical or cosmetic issues. However, as with any vehicle, mechanical or other failures may occur from time to time, and I cannot represent or warranty that they will not. You are responsible for any repairs made after the sale.
1.4. Mileage May Vary Slightly. I indicate the mileage of each vehicle at the time of listing. Please note that actual mileage may be slightly higher at the time of the end of the auction and/or delivery as the vehicle may be driven while the auction is underway.
2. Bidding on the Vehicle
2.1. Ready to Bid? If you’re ready to bid, great! Please keep in mind a few requirements and courtesies. Please intend to, and be ready & able to (financially and otherwise), complete the purchase of the vehicle within the timeframes set out herein. Participating just for sport without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me and to other users, and it wastes a lot of time and money. I may obtain the registered information of users participating in my auctions, and may filter or cancel any bids in my discretion.
2.2. I May End An Auction Early. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end "no reserve" auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion.
3. Completing the Transaction
3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way.
3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle.
3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 3 days after the end of the auction.
3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars.
3.5. Fees and Taxes.
3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $250 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers.
3.5.2. Sales Tax.
3.5.2.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale.
3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. If you come to Florida to pick up the vehicle at my location, I am required to collect either your state's sales tax, or Florida's 6%, whichever is less. Generally, you will receive a credit in your state for sales tax collected here. If I collect our 6% because your state's rate is higher, you will be charged the balance in your state. I always recommend you check with your local tag agency first; although the vast majority of states have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Florida, a few do not. Some states also have specific forms or procedures that must be used for out-of-state purchases.
3.5.3. Tag & Title.
3.5.3.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $100 to $450 depending on your specific situation. If the actual cost of title and registration is less than the estimate, I will refund you the difference; if the actual cost is more that the estimate, you will be required to pay the difference before getting your tag and title. I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect.
3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state.
3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially.
3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion.
4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle
4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. You pay the shipper directly and are responsible for delivery arrangements. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed.
4.2. Pick Up. I am located at 2645 NE 9th Ave in Cape Coral, Florida. I am easily accessible from US 41 and from Interstate 75. If you plan to fly in, I will pick up at RSW - Southwest Florida Int’l Airport in Fort Myers (commercial) or FMY - Page Field in Fort Myers (private) or PGD - Charlotte County Airport (commercial & private) in Punta Gorda.
