1969 Ford F100 Shortbed 4x4. Factory equipped with: 360ci V8 4 Speed Transmission 4 Wheed Drive 4:11 Axle Ratio - Non locking Manual Steering Manual Drum Brakes Wimbeldon White Paint Blue Vinyl Bench Seat AM Radio 1 of 79 built in this configuration - Per Marti Report Built 12/68 in the San Jose, CA plant and sold new in California where it resided until 1995 when it moved to Western Montana with the second owner. The second owner purchased the truck in 1990 with 113k miles. It was used for errands and dump runs accumulating just 23k miles in 22 years. I bought it this summer with 135k miles. Mileage is original per second owner. He provided a fuel fill up log with mileage listings from 1990 as verification and some repair receipts. Original owners manual with truck. Truck is unmodified with all original equipment in place. Everything works, lights, wipers, heat, radio, ect. Truck runs and drives well. Starts easily with choke. Cruises well at 55mph. Brakes nice and straight with no pulsing. Clutch works well, it does grind shifting up or down into 3rd if you don't double clutch. Exhaust has rusted through and needs replacement. Radiator is discolored, hasn't leaked and the truck runs cool. Oil pressure gauge was added and pressure is good. Truck has been repainted once in original color, the paint is starting to peel around the seals where it was taped off. Dings and dents present around body - see pics in album. Surface rust from paint chips on exterior. Bedfloor is surface rusted, the truck came with a slide in bedliner that had captured water under it. No holes or perferations in bed. Large dent on tailgate and some rust perferation on bottom. Still opens and closes. Frame and underside have light surface rust only. Driver side outrigger has rust hole. Rust hole on left inner fender at hood hinge. Original seat is torn and covered, dash pad is cracked as are the arm rests. Base model truck with metal door panels. Vent windows and crank windows work properly. Chip in windshield only. Headliner and trim is in place. Original rubber floor covering in good shape. This is a nice, original truck. Use as is or a good basis for restoration. Rare to find a shortbed, let alone one with the optional V8, optional 4spd and 4x4.
