This 1973 corvette was bought from the original owner in 2004. That makes me the second owner. I also made a copy of his title to keep for show and tell. The car has 97,300 on odometer. I have rebuilt the original number matching 350 motor. Stepped up the cam to a 350-350 hp. I added the aluminum intake and headers.The car has only 800 miles since motor rebuild. I took off the smog pump and the exhaust manifold and these parts go with the car. It has the original rally rims with matching spare. The vette has air-conditioning and automatic transmission. The interior is mostly original including seat covers and door panels. The front carpet was replaced after 38 years of use. I also have tilt-telescopic steering wheel. This is the last Stingray corvette with chrome bumpers on the rear. The 4-wheel disc brakes were rebuilt in about 2005. The exterior paint was just repainted in December of 2011 . The baseclear paint came out very nice. The eagle tires are in almost new condition. Headlights go up and down and gages work except for the clock. I also just put new mufflers on and improved the stock sound to a performance note , big improvement!!! This car can be a daily driver or a head turner on weekends. I could go on and on, but I'm not writing a book. Go have fun and enjoy a classic car that will go up in value ; Hopefully. I , also just found a build sheet on top of the gas tank. It says that are 308 gears and other neat stuff. That also means I had to replace the tank. There is always more that can be done to make the car as you would like it to be.
