Vehicle Detail

VIN# 7T03C180784 T - Metuchen Assembly Plant 03 – Convertible body style C - 289 2BL V8 76A Standard Interior I - Lime Green Metallic Paint 2F - Saddle Vinyl bucket seats 09A – January 9th, 1967 Production Date O - 3.10 Rear Axle 27 – Cincinnati Zone C4 Automatic Power Steering Power Top Tinted Windshield Folding rear glass window AM radio Exterior Décor Group Driver Side remote Mirror 134,000 Miles This Mustang has had a new gas tank and lines, brake work, newer top. It has been in the same family since 1970 in the Dayton, OH area. The son took over the car after the father passed away. It is original other than the top and brake work mentioned above. All matching numbers. White wall radial tires are high on tread. Everything works on this car. The radio antenna has been torn off, but I set the stem on the base and the radio played. It has the familiar Mustang rust. It will need full restoration. Floors, cowl vents, inner rockers, aprons in engine area. Along with the visible panels. The doors are tight due to inner rocker and floor rust. The car is a driver. I get it out a few times a year to keep things lubed. The engine puffs some smoke early on but clears up as you drive. The muffler also has a hole in it. The steering is typical Ford sloppy but no leaks. We have repairs records all the way back to 1970 including a slight fender-bender in the front. Very little repair needed. That bill is included. I purchased the car from the son in 2008, but now am working on a 1963 Falcon Wagon. I am out of room as I have another ’67 convertible and a ’65 fastback to restore. You can drive this car home with you. The reserve is very reasonable. Any further questions can be sent to my email, noesch@hartson-kennedy.com or my cell is 765-661-8636, in Indiana. The car will be advertised locally this weekend at the “Ducktail Run” car show in Gas City, IN 46933. This ad is through my son-in-laws Ebay account so your emails need to come to me. Happy bidding
