Iam selling my 1986 thunderbird turbo 2.6 four cylinder coupe. It has 16757 miles on the odometer but has only 67,10 on the rebuit motor. The entire motor has been over hauled and cleaned up from the water pump down to the coolant hoses. The manifold has been sanded and painted black for a clean shine. The Interior is original and is in excellent condition with no rips. The carpet is also in excellent condition with no wear and tare. The trunk is is in great condition with no water stains, dirt, or rust. The exterior body is in Great condition with no dings, dents or scratches, but has a few small chips in the front from rocks off the road from coming up and hitting it. The back bumper has about a 4inch paint chip and recently got an estimate of about $50.00 to repaint it, please see photos. The car has new cobra tires with stock 10 holes ford t-bird rims.The rims have been cleaned and coated with clear coat for that gloss sparkel finish. The glass is in excellent shape with no chips or cracks. The head lights work great and have the original fog lamp covers that cover the lamps when not being used. This car runs great and is very reliable. I would love to keep it but Iam selling the car because we need a bigger car for our growimg family. also this car is a show car and has won a trophie this past summer. Thankyou...Happy Bidding........On Sep-30-12 at 19:56:40 PDT, seller added the following information: Before the bidd ends I would like to let everyone know that during the bidding I was getting the car to pass smog and was going to have it done before the bid ends but it did not pass and I was told it was the catylitic converter that has to be replaced and that is the only problem after going through replacing o2 sensors to EGR cylinoids. After speaking to the previous owners and finding out that the the catylitic converter was the only part that was not replaced its the original. I will not have time to fix it, but if the car does not sell outside of California or to someone who wants to fix it in California then I will fix it my self and repost it on ebay and sale for a higher price.
