It is finally time to let my baby go. I have had this car since 1996 and enjoyed many a fine time in her. Car is getting old but still runs fine. Engine was replaced with another spare i had at 340k. Transmission was also replaced once. Exhaust will need to be replaced. I have a spare OEM CAT but it will need to be welded in. Resonator and muffler will need to be replaced. Many of spare parts including a 1987 535iS in same color. Many parts have already been used such as the seats and suspension. '88 has a 3.73 open and '87 has a 3.73LS. Car has a dinan chip. Spare car has 190k but odometer is broken. '88 has a 3.73 open and '87 has a 3.73LS. The transmission and rear end are fine. '88 has a 3.73 open and '87 has a 3.73LS. I have plenty of records on the car maybe a 3" stack. Car has a dinan chip. Car is being sold as is with smog being the buyers responsibility. Air conditioning works but will need a charge of R134A as it is not blowing as cold as it used to. Supension is also getting tied. '88 has all matching VIN panels. Car was resprayed once on the passenger rear door and quarter along with side mirrors and front air dam with a bad spray and paint does fade but can be buffed out as the car has no clear coat. Included is a spare motor that i took apart after i replaced with spare i had at 340k. I could fine no problems with the engine and it could probably go back together with some freshened up parts. I suspect the timing chain may have slipped a tooth as thh car ran fine but was losing power. The current engine has about 250k on it and runs strong. Included is plenty of spare parts in boxes and lose including extra wheels and tires. I can provide additonal pictures or information needed. Thanks for looking at my auction.
