1948 Ford PickupSolid Rust Free Truck This is a very nice original truck that I bought off a farm in texas, and has had one nice older repaint, but has the normal sctractes from normal use, and the only dents are in the tailgate. It has never had any patch panels in the fenders or cab, and no rust repair done, it has a couple bubbles in the lower front fender below the grill, and had some minor surface rust on the passenger floor, (see photo) cab, and fender are solid. Runs great, doesn't smoke, brakes work great, no play in the steering, and drives great. All gauges work as does the speed-o-meter, wiper, heater, all the lights, and brake lights. Cowl vent pops up. All the windows roll up like they should, and or in good shape, I did put new vent windows in it because they were cloudy, and the doors open, and shut great. The original wood under the metal floor in the bed is still in good condition. It still has it's original 16" rims, and hubcaps. It had a rear bumper that wrapped around, and bolted to the rear fenders that I removed, and comes with the truck if you wanted to put it back on. It has a new 6 volt battery that is two months old. This is a very nice truck that you can drive as is. Truck comes with a clear, and open texas title, and bill of sale if you live in a title state as georgia will not give me a title, we were a none title state in 48, and they want give me a title.
