For Sale 1990 Honda XR 200R. 2nd owner of this machine. No title, bill of sale only if requested. Purchased this bike about 2 years ago as a winter project, went a little overboard and now I'm looking for a new project. Stripped to the frame, powder coated frame, swing arm, foot pegs, kick stater, brake lever, kickstand, engine covers, triple tree, brake panels etc. Replaced almost every nut, bolt and spring with OEM Honda parts. Brand new swing arm, wheel and steering stem bearings. Polished rims and fork tubes, 2 new heavy duty Michelin tubes, new front dual sport tire, rear tire was replaced one season before I bought the bike, however I will throw in a new rear tire to match the front. Brand new motion pro, brake, clutch and throttle cable, ASV levers, New OEM throttle tube, pro taper bars, metal mulisha grips. Replaced the clutch about 3 months ago and installed Tusk heavy duty springs, also replaced front and rear brake pads. Rebuilt and re-jetted carb, removed factor air box and installed a UNI air filter, with a K&N crankcase filter. New front sprocket and o-ring chain, new OEM front sprocket cover. Replaced spark plug and coil, fresh oil change. Brand new OEM rear fender, Maier USA side panels, Clarke gas tank, Polisport supermoto front fender, Tusk black anodized gas cap, XR's only seat cushion, new black gripper seat cover. Last but not least has an FMF powercore 4 exhaust. Since taking these pics I have change the graphics slightly, replaced the side panel stickers with XR decals and installed larger Honda wings on the tank and HONDA down the fork tubes. Picture with white frame was the XR the day I got it. This is a great trail bike and moves me at 6 feet 200lbs with no problem. I wanted to keep this in my collection forever but since the rebuild I have ridden it maybe 5 times and for never more then an hour, she deserves to be ridden. Starts 1st kick idles perfect cold and warm. Slight amount of timing chain noise when cold, common on most XR models. No Title and no warranties written or implied.
