Vehicle Detail
1995 Eagle Summit AWD Wagon / Mitsubishi Expo LRV , VERY RARE ! Without a doubt this is the best vehicle I have ever owned. This has been my daily driver for 6 years and has never let me down. This little ride is so multi-purpose.AWD is awesome,I have never lost traction in any driving condition. The truest form of a crossover. The design is so well thought out.Visability is great and I think its one of its best features. It is far more roomy inside than one would guess.Seats 5.Has Sliding side door.Rear seat folds forward for more cargo or can easily be removed by unlatching one lever and the seat easily comes out the side door.I think it could carry a washer or drier. If this vehicle was still available in the United States I would buy a new one.It is still being made and is still available in other countries.I believe it was too far ahead of its time and in 1995 it didn't do well sales wise in the United States and 1996 was the last year here, gas was cheap and everone wanted a Suburban.I hate to get rid of it but its time.Too many projects and getting older.I was giving serious thought to an EVO powerplant and install some suspension upgrades and new wheels and tires and new paint. THIS COULD BE THE ULTIMATE IN BEING UNIQUE ! Enough said, here is the details. No accidents, normal wear and tear, normal dings and scratches. All doors open and close very well with crisp latching. All power windows and door locks funtion properly.Clear coat pealing off hood and roof and some on sides.Interior has soiled carpet and well worn floor mats, reasonably clean for light gray that is 18 years old.1 small 2 inch tear in rear of front drivers seat.Crack in instrument panel lens. Mechanical description/history from memory. The one and only major repair was the transmission and it was a complete rebuilt at 115K at a cost of about $3000 and it has never missed a lick since then. Will be due for another timing belt and water pump at 180k.All maintenance is current.Has fresh NGK plugs and Napa lifetime warranty plug wires.Tires in great conditon and have been rotated regularly.A/C works good but does struggle when outside temp gets over 95 as I think that maybe the condenser fan may have quit. But the main radiator cooling fan works and seems to flow eough air through the condenser until the outside temp is too high.Various small oil leaks does not burn/use any oil ,may add not quite a quart between 3000-3500 mile changes.Yes and last item I can think is Struts and shocks are probably in need of replace as the ride is not as good as it once did.Anything else I can think of I will add. Please feel free to ask any and all questions or photo request. 1 more note, NO RUST! Thanks for looking.
