We've owned this wagon since the 1970's. We painted it black back then and reinforced the sides before installing the fender flares. We repaired all the floors at different times over the years. The rear floor has some fiberglass. The front floors are ready to be replaced again. We have cardboard templates made to make this easy. Two stock chrome bumpers come with this Jeep. We had our welding shop make these heavy bumpers for it back in the 70's. The winch has been removed as has the top non-stock chrome strip. The winch is NOT included, but all the bumpers and guards shown are. The fuel tank had a heavy skid plate secured to it in the '70's, but that caused it to rust out. We had a custom heavy tank manufactured that cannot be damaged. We have been running it recently on a gas can since we did not know the condition of the inside of the tank or old gas left in it when we parked it last. At the very least you will probably want to have it coated for new gas. We do have a trusted resource that does that near us if you need a contact. This has the 6cyl engine and runs like a champ. It starts up and runs good and strong. It could probably use a tune up. No battery is included, but we will start it for you with one of ours to drive it onto your trailer. The transmission and transfer case shift fine. The tires hold air and are mismatched. It last had white spoke rims on it. The hood and fenders are in good condition. The doors are pretty good, though one is better than the other. The latches are worn or need adjusted. Two extra doors and an extra hood are included with this. The back tailgate has a slight dent from pushing it with a tractor in the barn where it's been stored. There is some rust on the inside, but it is repairable. They do sell bottom only repair panels if you want to go that route. The upper tailgate is getting rusty and will need repaired or replaced. The glass is good. It is the one piece back glass. All glass is good except one side glass has a crack. The glass is broken out of the speedometer. Think this was due to vandals that broke into the barn. They also stole the radiator. We have another one that is in it, but not tested or secured. We pulled it out of another truck. There is shag carpet on the front floors. The interior is painted gold (hey, it was the 70's!) and is in good condition. This includes the dash and door panels that are gold. Extra gauges were installed as you can see in the pictures. The strips are all there for the rear floor. The seats were stolen out of it, but we have purchased a complete set of stock seats that you see in it in the photo. They aren't as nice as the ones we had in it, but they are all there. There is a sunroof installed and it never leaked. The radio delete cover is missing in the photo, but an extra radio delete cover is included. The front tie rods were bent by a family member that attempted to move it in the barn with the tractor. Another set of tie rods is included. The brakes have not been checked, but we do have an extra set of brakes shoes that are included. If we go to the trouble to repair the floors and do the brakes we'll probably just keep it. It's always been well maintained over the years. It's been stored in a barn for the past 10 years and turned over each year. It comes with a clear title. It is located in Somerset, PA right off the Pennsylvania turnpike. We can help you load it and it can sit for 30 days as long as it's paid for. It will need to be moved before snow as it will no longer be accessible once winter arrives. A deposit of $500 is expected within 48 hours of end of auction with balance paid within 7 days.
