Here we have a 2001 Mustang SVT Cobra Convertible with all the "bells & whistles" (whatever that means) that I inherited and may fix but want to give someone else the joy as I'm not really into Mustangs, but if you have a nice 65 GTO... It used to be a real fast & nice 01 Cobra Mustang Convertible until the owner & his wife went away for a weekend and their son decided to... (well - you can guess what happened) - yes he took it and wrecked it. It's been repaired & painted but still needs some work as the engine now has a tick. It has been diagnosed (Ford Mechanic) as needing the timing chain & tensioner replaced. This happens in these engines when accelerating then rapidly decelerated (like hitting a dear), in gear without pushing in the clutch. Everything else seems to work like it should. It Starts, Runs, & Drives but should NOT be driven - it needs to be towed or trailered and it is offered AS-IS with NO warranty Normal 0 The Fair/Low KBB Value is $17,131 and Lowest Trade-In listed is $15,106, but if you think my price is still too high, make me an offer – You’ll either get an even better deal –or- We’ll both have a good laugh. There is no salvage or rebuilt marking on the title and yes, this is Actual Mileage It's normally nice & shiny but was dirty when I took the pictures.
