I did a Carfax report and I do have that and will supply that to the buyer. After speaking to my father and some family friends it seems this was an issue that was believed to be resolved. As in the car did NOT suffer such damage at any time. The vehicle was bought from a dealer with 110 miles on it and when they discovered the title issue they were told it must have been lumped into a group of other mass damage vehicles even though it was in perfect condition. Of course I know that at this point it can not proved beyond an inspection, and from what I understand it matters not as a title can not be redone. The Michigan Title is clear, I do know that much, since I have it insured now. Also I feel taht seeing and driving the vehicle would cause anyone with knowledge to understand this must be a mistake somehow. Carfax is showing $250 below book price would be its value so as I keep searching I would assume that even if it was true that indicates that the issue is not too severe. OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTENever Driven in SnowNever Driven on a Dirt RoadTune-ups Every Year (Last in Oct. 2011)Oil Change ever 3,000k miles There are a few minor blemishes in the paint and on one of the custom doors, I have tried to show them as best as possible. I also have touch up paint that comes with the sale of the vehicle as well as a TON of cleaning supplies if needed. As I can not drive a manual (sad yes I know!) we had a family friend drive it to our home from my father's, about 180 miles. He could not stop raving about how well it drives, how great it handles and what great condition it is in. So yes, it looks and runs good! I did my best going through my fathers records to find his receipts and maintenance slips, I was only able to find the last one (see below) and when I called to ask if they remembered him they did.
