2001 BMW 330ci Convertible WOW! Check out this beautiful black convertible! It is a ONE OWNER FLORIDA car!!! We have the CAR FAX in hand for your inspection. Although CAR FAX shows no accidents, AUTO CHECK shows it having an accident in 2001. AUTO CHECK indicates the accident as minor. We do not see any evidence of damage. Also, there is no problem with the title, it appears the owner lost it and filed for a duplicate. The paint is in very good condition. The black paint with the halo headlights make this car stand out like no other! It has power everything, including both seats. The stereo system is stock and comes equipped with a cd player and Harman/Kardon speakers that sound fantastic. It has a small area at the top of the passenger door where the clear coat has lifted. There are a couple of minor scratches on the top of the passenger rear quater panel. There is a small dent in the trunk area, all of which is shown in the photographs. The interior is in very good condition. There are no rips or tears. There is minor wear that is expected. The a/c is ice cold. The windows are all tinted. The tires are in good condition. The car runs and drives very well. The car has been serviced by our mechanic and has a fresh front end alignment. Although the convertible top is in perfect condition, we cannot get it to retract and go down. It is a power top, and does not respond to retracting when the button is pushed. We are not sure what the problem is. Our mechanic tried to diagnose the problem, but he does not know much about convertibles. We tried contacting a BMW dealer, but the service rep stated it would have to be brought to them for a diagnosis. The closest dealer to our location is 50 miles away, and we simply don't have the time to take it to have it repaired. Therefore, our loss is your gain!
