Finally as a high bidder, should you break this purchase agreement by failing to follow through with full payment within five days of auction close, you agree that your deposit is non-refundable and will be used towards any loss incurred. Should legal proceedings result due to negligence on your part, you may be required but not limited to paying all associated fees.

The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. Fee and Tax Information: Terms of Sale for Vehicles
-There is a $195.00 fee for processing, documentation and dealer preparation on every sale, whether it is shipped or driven home or a private party or a dealer. We service the car and make sure everything is all set for you.
We do not offer any guarantee or warranty towards the heated seat options in any vehicle we sell.
What are the fees?
This Applies to New York State Residents Only
- If you are titling this vehicle in the State of New York there are additional fees. You will be charged for sales tax, registration fees, inspection, title, etc. We can give you new license plates or you can save money and transfer the registration from your car to the new one. If this vehicle has less than 100,000 miles it is necessary to purchase an extended warranty of a minimum 3 month term through us, Bestway Automall. This excludes classic & collectable vehicles as well as Commercial Trucks & Vans. This will ensure you will have coverage even if you are far away from us. If there are special circumstances please contact us before you bid and we will be happy to help.
Are there any other Costs?
-If you are a New Yorker you will be all set when you leave here. If you are traveling outside New York you will have to pay your sales tax and registration when you get home.
What happens after I buy it?
Once you click on the buy-it-now you need to send us a deposit. Once a deposit is received we bring the vehicle into our shop and it is thoroughly inspected. All repairs are done to put everything in working order. The car will be serviced, ready and waiting for you to take home.
What about Payment?
-A deposit of $500.00 or 10% of the purchase price with a minimum of $200.00 is due within 24 hours of auction close, payable by Cash in person, Credit Card, Bank Wire Transfer, PayPal or Cashiers Check. Our PayPal account name is info@bestwayautomall.com. Full payment is due within 5 days payable by Cash in person, Bank Wire Transfer, or Cashiers Check. All funds must be cleared in order to deliver vehicle and paperwork. Any additional charges incurred through any means of payment other than cash in person is the responsibility of the buyer.
What other items do you offer?
-Because we are a full service dealer we are able to offer extended warranties in some cases up to 7 years. We also offer stereo equipment, alarms and remote starters which we will install for you.
Should I ship my car?
-If you are interested in shipping a car that you purchased from us or any other car we can help. You can call us directly to get an idea of the costs or alternatives to get your vehicle home.
How do I pickup my car?
-When picking up your car please bring proper identification and insurance to drive your vehicle off of our lot. If you are the winning bidder, please contact your insurance company to obtain coverage and have the proof of insurance sent to us with a copy of your license by fax (516-753-2888) or email (info@bestwayautomall.com). The person whose name is on the bill of sale must be listed on the insurance.
