Up for auction is a 1998 BMW 740il. It comes with a new battery, new coils and plugs, oil has been changed regularly, head gaskets, alternator, and some sensors as well. Transmission and engine work fine, however the car does need some tlc. I love the car, but I don't have the money or the time to fix it. Parts on ebay are pretty inexpensive. If the right handyman were to work on this car it would probably cost less than $300 to fix. The window on the rear passenger door will not roll up or down and it needs: a new coil spring on the driver side, a knock sensor(which i will include a new one with the car along with a new air intake manifold gasket which i was told you should replace when doing the knock sensor), I believe it also needs a new parking brake cable or parking brakes. It also has some smaller dents and rust, but most of it is surface rust(the cars not perfect, but it will be nice after a little tlc.Other than that the car is great. For parts or fix. I have title in hand. Pick up only. I would consider towing only because of the coil spring as i do not know how much longer it will stay on. The car will be sold as is because of the problems I have listed. Deposit of $500 is required within 3 days of end of auction.Thank you and happy bidding.
