For auction is a pretty clean little 30 year old Toyota Diesel truck that turns heads wherever I take it. Several people over the years have mentioned wanting to buy it but I wasn't ready to let it go. The miles could be scary but the engine has been recently rebuilt (at 235K) so it is running very well and burns no oil. It was rebuilt at Diesel Injection Specialists in Blaine, MN. I have paperwork for the rebuild and other repairs. It has a recent battery, oil cooler gasket and alternator. There was also extensive rebuilding to the front-end before I got it. It rides very nice. Shifts well. Starts very well. I'd say tires are 75% or better. It needs nothing for driving. It gets about 30 mpg driving around town. It could use a radiator overflow bottle, radio, the hose between the aircleaner and the intake, and a windshield washer pump. Unique "qualities" to this truck: 4 wheel drum brakes, no power steering, no air-conditioning. I got it on eBay 3 years ago. It came from the west coast (WA and CA). I don't know why there is no reference to CA in the vehicle report. It appears to have been owned by two people in CA. I have old paperwork that shows this. I have not driven it in winter here in MN. No salt either (since "winter" overlaps into other seasons). It hibernated in the garage in the winter. Even so, it has a little rust shown in the pictures. Tailgate underneath the lip is not so obvious. It only has the one dent - in the bumper. Rest of the body is straight and apparently original. I believe it has been repainted. Paint is shiney with some touch-up spots. I'm selling because it is not needed now and my "ladies" did not like driving it with the manual steering and no a/c.
