1985 Honda 350

I am selling my 1985 Honda 350X. It is in very good condition and is basically new mechanically. It just has had a complete engine and transmission rebuild. New main and rod bearings were installed along with a new piston and rings and timing chain. The carb was also rebuilt. The entire rebuild has only about 8 hours of run time on it and oil has been changed twice with Honda synthetic oil. Runs strong and with no smoke and shifts great.. Exhaust is stock.The transmission also had new bearings installed and was carefully inspected for wear. It also recieved a new clutch and cable. The front shocks were rebuilt at the same time and has new rubber boots. The front brakes were replaced and new front axle bearings were put in. I put on new Maier rear plastic and front fender. I installed a new seat cover and also a new Clarke plastic fuel tank. Out back is a RPM aluminum grab bar. The rear axle is not very old and the rear brakes work well. The sprockets and chain are in very good shape. The rear tires are Hotshots and have very good tread and the front tire is brand new. The main shock is fine.and The machine is 27 years old and not in showroom condition but it is a very nice clean machine. The fuel tank has a little discoloration where your knees rub but it is minor. The headlight plastic surround has some minor cracks on the corners.
