The vehicle has been awarded to the City of Milford Delaware by the Delaware Superior Court. The City of Milford holds a CLEAR title to this vehicle. Vehicle is overall good condition. The interior and exterior need a good cleaning. There does not appear to major wear or damage to the interior of the vehicle. There are small dents, dings, nicks, and scratches on vehicle but there does not appear to be any disabling or severe damage. Tires hold air and have serviceable tread. The car starts, drives, and runs well. The engine compartment is clean. The trunk is clean. There are items strewn about interior of vehicle. It is unknown what components work and/or don't work however the vehicle has power windows, power door locks and the factory stereo. This vehicle is sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. The vehicle is available for inspection at 400 NE Front Street, Milford DE by appointment through ebay messaging only. The City of Milford accepts Cash, Personal Check, and Bank Check. We do not accept credit cards and we do not finance in any manner. We will not end the auction to sell the vehicle privately. Buyer MUST contact seller via Ebay Messaging within 3 days of auction close. You must give name, address license number and license state for purposes of title work. Failure to comply will result in the auction being cancelled and the vehicle re-listed. Buyer MUST bring ALL equipment necessary to remove this vehicle. The City of Milford encourages towing or trailering of vehicle until a proper safety inspection can be conducted. The City of Milford does not loan tools, chain, rope, fluids, or containers. We will not assist in loading the vehicle, and we will not tow or move the vehicle except what is necessary to gain access for trailering or a roll back wrecker.
