Vehicle Detail

Dodge 1966 D100 Town Wagon - Slant 6 - Clutch 4speed w/granny - very original. Non-Op status - no backfees - no surprises. Private party. Title in my name and in hand. *** PROJECT - This D100 is NOT operational. Rolling chassis - Engine worn out - partially disassembled. I bought this Townie back in 1985 - rebuilt the engine - had it painted - enjoyed for 20 years - dirt bikes, three wheelers, ATV's, jetskis, camping. Well maintained over the years, but has not been running or driven for 5 years. Up until then, this was a solid driving truck. * Good body - some dents, dings, rear doors have the most damage. Rust is almost all surface not deep cancer. Body mounts, fenders, many common rust out spots are in very good shape. Overall, the metal on this is extremely solid and straight. Original front bench and passenger flip seat, needs redo. Driver window cracked, passenger window pellet gun wound. Windshield has a star, other glass is good. Includes all new rubber for the 4 side sliding windows. Windows roll up/down, doors open/close. Both rear doors latch and close. I do not have the speedometer, all gauges worked, but NOT the fuel gauge. Never problem with rust in gas tank. Has 8 3/4 rear end, 4-speed with granny 435NP. The engine is in the truck, but partially disassembled, and I don't the parts that were removed. It's actually a 198ci Slant 6 - not a 225ci. This Townie is far from new, seen many years of use, and neglect. I am all about full disclosure, open and honest communications. I have more pictures, let me know if you would like a pic of something specific. Buyer is responsible for transporting, being sold as is, a rolling, but non-runnng project. * Pictures on the web of this vehicle from back in the day. Pictures #277 and #411 on this website. http://imageevent.com/powerwagon/townwagon * Next to the last picture on this one. http://www.townwagon.com/sites/tw/years.htm * Yes heater - but no power, no ac, no cupholders. * Thank you for your interest. * On Jul-25-12 at 13:28:00 PDT, seller added the following information: Dodge 1966 D100 Town Wagon - Slant 6 - Clutch 4speed w/granny - very original.
