I'm moving and I'm afraid I have to part with this ol' gal. It is a Volkswagen I picked up in Texas about 14 years ago. It didn't come with a top and honestly I couldn't tell you a time when I needed one. I've had it stored inside the entire time I've owned it unless I was driving it. Today was the first time I drove it in maybe 2-3 years. It starts and runs great. The brakes are a little spongy but they stop well. There was an aftermarket air conditioner but I don't think it is complete and doesn't work.. Aftermarket radio doesn't work. It steers fine and runs and shifts properly. There's a header on the exhaust so it kind of sounds like a 4-cylinder Harley. New paint and upholstery but I'll let the pics do the talkin', I hope you can see it's a solid Thing that is way toooooo much fun.
