Hi, up for sale is a 1966 Ford Mustang. This car is a running and driving car and is currently registered through Sep. 2013. I am selling the car as is, however I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. This is an original California car and was built at the San Jose factory. The exterior of the car is painted the original color which is Signal Flare red. The body is very straight with only a couple dings. The paint shines well with a couple of chips and is very presentable for a daily driver. All of the trim except for the rear window trim is present. All of the glass is in good condition with no cracks. All of the lights work. The car (body and frame) is very rust free as well. Overall, this is a fantastic original example of a mustang. The interior of the car is in fantastic shape. The seats do not have any rips and the vinyl is very pliable. The headliner is in perfect shape with only a tiny puncture hole. The carpet is like new and the dash is in great shape and uncut. The original radio is in place however it does not currently work. All of the gauges work as do all of the switches and lights with the exception of the glove box light. A new turn signal switch has been installed, and the horn works too. The seat belts are in good shape and the door panels are in good shape as well except for the missing drivers armrest. The interior is in great shape for the age of the car. The inline six cylinder engine runs smoothly with no problems and the automatic transmission shifts well through all of the gears. All of the brakes have been gone through with new brake pads and wheel cylinders. The driveshaft has been balanced and painted and the u-joints have been replaced with high quality units. The front wheel bearings are new. The heater core and defrost ducting has been replaced with new parts. The tires are in decent driveable condition. This car is very mechanically sound.
