1973 barn find matching numbers automatic Trans Am 455 big block. Now with the good... a very nice driver quality new cameo white paint job with new decals. It is less than 3 months old with some flaws such as hairline cracking on the front nose(which is typical) and a small stress crack above the passenger side door. The paint needs to be wet sanded and buffed to really get to the next level but it is very slick and shiny. The car retains all of its original spoilers except the front valance (new) and bottom front spoiler(new). Also, has original glass all the way around. The body is very nice and straight (no patch panels were needed before painting). NOW ALL THE NEW....new tail letters, chrome bumper, chrome trim for the original brake light lenses, new brake light harness, new transverse muffler and exhaust system, new chrome tail pipe extensions welded on factory correct, new heater core, new rear chrome molding for rear window(front still has original), new weather stripping all the way around, new door handles inside and out, new interior 90% leather, headliner, visors, original console was covered in leather also, new carpet and padding, power windows work but glass needs minor adjusting, power door locks but driver side needs new motor(easily found on ebay), original AC car but not hooked up condensor has been rebuilt and repainted, new heater core, new dash pad, new chrome headlight bezels, no radio, excellent original grills, needs rear tag holder(lost original when painting car), water pump, plugs, wires, distributor, valve cover gaskets, new oil, antifreeze, new horn relay but the horns are froze up I think, all interior parts were either dyed or covered. Interior was changed from maroon to black leather. Original steering wheel has been recovered with leather also. New BF Goodrich tires with new trim rings. Rally 2's have been sandblasted, painted and clearcoated, new gas tank and gauge works also, doors have been adjusted and close very snug, new door bushings, new belts and hoses. All numbers match along with the 4x heads and original carburator. To my knowledge the motor has not been tampered with and odometer is showing 101231. It cranks on the first try and runs very strong from what I am told an underrated 260hp. I have had the car restoring it for 2 years and drive it up and down the road and it is scary strong.
