1974 AMC JAVELIN, 394 2BBL V-8, FACTORY AIR, AUTOMATIC. Starts ealily and runs very good, exhaust sounds very nice. I drive it on regular weekend basis, gets lots of attention and comments from bystanders. On Jul-09-12 at 21:36:33 PDT, seller added the following information: Mileage is what is indicated on odometer. Due to mechanical limitations of odometer, the actual mileage is unknown and likely in excess of 100K. If you have any questions, please ask prior to bidding. Vehicle is sold as is, no warranty. Bill of Sale only, prior to 1975 Alabama dis not issue vehicle titles. Alabama Department of Revenue has been contacted and they can provide information to assist in other states requiring titles.On Jul-11-12 at 16:18:10 PDT, seller added the following information: Engine is 304 V-8, not a "394"...was typing error. The reason for selling the Javelin is to help finance and speed up the current restoration of my 1971 Toyota Land Cruiser...... I also have 1949 Willys pickup, 1960 Willys Station Wagon, and 1953 Navy Military Jeep (M-38?) in line for restoration behind the Land Cruiser. Have a 15 acre farm with animals, six dogs, 85-100 pigeons to take care of.... I am 64 years old, do the math.....lol.....hopefully someone with a little more money.... andspare time... will get the Javelin.. The Javelin is good for either a daily driver or restoration project.... The Javelin is for sale locally and the auction is subject to ending early.....
