This auction is for a 97 Mitsubishi eclipse spyder convertible. It has a rebuilt engine. The car has 96,187 mi and I have been the owner for about a year. I only used synthetic oil and premium gas giving it its best treatment. This car has an exhaust muffler that humms that was installed before I bought the car. The car was a lil too small for me (6ft2) and am looking to sell it, I definitely enjoyed my first convertible, which by the way the convertible is still fully functional. I liked this car so much I bought a stick shift eclipse 2000 hatchback to replace it, more roomy for my long legs. It has a tad leak that comes and goes where window meets top when raining really hard. The back fender needs to be repainted and has one or two tiny dings on passenger rear side. The cd mp3 player used to work but now it doesnt. it turns on but seems to be a shortage to speakers, needs to be checked out. The interior has all leather seats and still blows cold and hot a/c. I installed top quality windshield wipers ($50) and all four brand new tires with alignment. Thats a $500 value, I purchased the tires in october of last year and the car has been sitting for about 4 months. It has only 3 months worth of wear on these tires. It also has new motor mounts and comes with spare tire and jack. The rebuilt engine happened because it overheated and there was very little combustion when u press the gas (little pickup). So I had mechanic send in the head and fix it.Now the car is working great. As you can see in picture there is no check engine light on the srs light comes on. I just want to sell it, no point in having two cars in this economy. It has no tags. The car is located on Sunrise blvd just west of 95 and will be picked up from there. I can do payments thru paypal, money orders, cash, whatever works as long as total amount is paid out. Once payment is made I will hand over the title. Buyer is to pick this car up.
