It's a sad day for us. This car has been our baby but now we have a new baby in the form of a house. The house needs upgrade so my baby has got to go. This car has been all around Hawaii many times. We get nothing but thumbs ups, shakas, and someone always want to take their picture with it. I hope the winning bidder enjoys her like we have. A little about the car. She has been in Hawaii her entire life. Purchased new at Airport VW which is no longer around. From what i can tell we were the third owners. The gentleman i got her from purchased it from the original owner which was an elderly woman. The original owners manual, registration and allot of other paperwork is still in the glove box. The car was all original when i got her. Engine is original never been rebuilt and still runs like a champ. Original paint still looks good, it could use a good buffing, i did it a while back. There are no known problems, everything works as it should. I have two new cars in the driveway but the VW always sleeps in the garage.
