Hi, up sale is a 1973 Volvo 1800es Sport Wagon. This car is a very presentable car and would make a great daily driver with a little cleaning and tinkering. The car does however currently run and drive well and I believe mostly everything works. The exterior is in decent condition for a driver however the paint does have nicks and a couple small dents. There is no through rust that I can see however there are a few areas where some surface rust is bubbling through. The rockers and floors seem to have been repaired at one point with some metal and bondo which, in my opinion, looks fine for a driver however some repair work would be needed if someone wanted to do a restoration. The body seems straight and mostly rust free with a couple areas of bondo. All of the lights and trim are intact. All of the glass is good however the windshield has a crack that shouldn't effect driveability. The rear hatch opens and stays open as does the hood. Both windows roll up and down. Both doors latches are a little finicky however both open and close well. The interior is complete however it has wear as one might expect for a 40 year old car. The front seats have covers on them however the seats beneath would need to be redone for a stock appearance. The rear seat is intact as is the headliner and carpet however all could use some cleaning and the carpet is a little stiff. All of the gauges work as well as the switches. The Tach needs new glass. The dash does have a couple cracks. The gauge says it has less than 90000 miles and it is a six digit odometer that works however I have no way to verify mileage. The engine fires right up with good oil pressure and doesn't seem to burn any oil. The car shifts through all of the gears inluding overdrive with out a problem. There is a relatively new battery under the hood. All of the tires have good tread and are not cracked. There are new kyb shocks on all corners as well. The radiator was recently rebuilt. Overall the car seems mechanically sound. The car does have a clean title and the pink is in hand. I am selling the car as is to the highest bidder. Please feel free to ask any questions.
