Up for auction is a 1999 Chevrolet Metro (in previous years called Geo Metro). This car will get you 40-50 miles per gallon. NO RESERVE. I purchased this car for my son's first car, but he has decided that he does not want to drive a stick shift, it is a manual transmission. This car runs good. When I bought this car I completely cleaned the inside, it is very clean inside, no weird smells. The inside is in pretty good condition for a 1999, there is normal wear and tear and a couple of small tears in the sides of the seats, etc, but over all, pretty good inside. The previous owner's put a lot of money into this car. I have the receipts of all the work that was done totaling $1760.00, will provide new owner with these receipts. Here is some of the work that was done on 4/4/11 & 5/27/11: Replaced both carrier bearings and two idler shaft bearings and replaced both axle seals. Replaced control arm and ball and did alignment of front wheels. The outside of the car has dents, rust marks, and other marks in numerous places all over the car. Does not seem to have any problems with engine or transmission. Will make someone a nice little gas saving vehicle. This car will come with 2 new tires for the new owners to install. This is not a luxury car, it is a car that you would buy to get you from point A to point B and save you a ton of gas money. The previous owner said he drove this many miles and it has been running very well. This car is sold as is with no warranty's or guarantees. I have listed it the best I can with what I know of the car. In the title section above it is listed as rebuilt.
