Up for auction is an all numbers matching 1969 Dodge Charger R/T SE, with many options. This rare Charger is powered by a 440hp power plant backed up by a rebuilt 727 automatic transmission with console shift. The 8 3/4 rearend is also orginal with the original 3.55 gears in it. The car runs and drives great. Steering is tight. It practically drives like a new car. You can let go of the steering wheel and give it gas and the car will stay straight! Many options on this R/T SE include A/C (only missing the accumulator/dryer), 6-way driver seat, tic-toc-tach, passenger side door mirror, am/fm radio that still works as you will see in videos, working rear window defrost, and factory power front disc brakes. As you can see, this is a very highly optioned car and only 4,200 R/T SE's were made and less than 1,500 with the front disc brakes. Taking these options into consideration you see that this car is very rare. Rare color combo of T-5 Bronze with a white top, black interior, and white Charger stripe. This is the first car I've seen with this exact color combo. This Charger still has the original road wheels that came with it from the factory. The interior is in good shape with the wood grain dash and the trim in the pedals (SE package). Dash pad is in great shape. Black seat covers are in excellent shape, along with the console. As I can see there are no cracks. Could use new carpet, as it looks to be original. All of the lights work. This Charger came with factory tinted glass which is in great shape. Bumpers are orignal and are in good driver quality. Chrome is all good. There is a newer trunk pan with newer trunk extensions along with a newer driver side rear quarter. Underside of the Charger is solid and still has factory undercoating on it. The frame rails and torsion boxes are solid also. All the numbers on the body match the vin and fender tag. As you can see in some of the pictures the factory bumperettes are even on. I would rate the paint job a very nice driver quality. You will not be ashamed to drive this to your local car gatherings! It is painted in basecoat/clearcoat and shines very well. All of the trim appears to be there and is in good shape. However, the RT/SE emblem on the passenger side of the vinyl top is missing. The front grille is in good shape. The vinyl top is in very good condition with zero rips or tears. This is one very clean RT/SE Charger. Do not let this one pass you by. The body panels line up very well with good gaps and the doors open and shut without a hitch. Terms are as follows: $2000.00 deposit within 72 hours of the end of the auction with the balance due in full within one week of the auctions end.
