Vehicle Detail

This is one incredible Miata. In 1992 they made 1519 sunburst yellow Miatas and this one is number 1095 according to Curtis Wiseman of the Sunburst Miata registry. The great thing about this car is that it has 35,000 original miles on it! It is in incredible shape. Of course there are some slight nicks and a couple marks but this car stops traffic. The worst of the flaws is a rub through on the rear bumper cover. I want to make sure that everyone understands though that this is the nicest 1992 Miata I have ever seen. The convertible top is in great condition, a few spots on the plastic zip out window but nothing to be wary of. Window is completely clear. The interior is absolutely fantastic, nearly flawless. The paint is superb. although the pics don't do it justice the paint shines in the sun beautifully. The AC blows cold and works beautifully. The stock Miata radio works perfectly. The wheels on the car are an aftermarket aluminum wheel but the car also has the original Miata Daisy wheels that will go with her. The tires on the car need to be replaced, they have great tread but they are old and the sidewalls are showing their age. I just can't believe how nice this car is. I'm not the best photographer so if you see something in a pic that looks odd just ask and I will get a better picture or try to clear up any questions. I really can't say enough about this car. I get compliments everywhere I drive her. I replaced two things on the car when I got her. The automatic shift lever bushings, it was a little sloppy and the door top rubber molding, it was sun baked. I can't imagine it needing anything else replaced. The Sunburst Yellow cars seem to be really desirable and with this low miles and in this condition this seems like a pretty rare opportunity. Of course there is no rust anywhere...this has been a California Miata since the day it arrived from Japan. I do have a completely clean carfax on the car too. So, this is the one Miataphiles...bid away with confidence! I have entered a buy it now which I feel is reasonable given the condition of this car, if you want to make a buy it now offer on the car email me and we can discuss. The reserve on this car is under what other Miatas with 3 times the mileage have been selling for and my buy-it-now price reflects the fact that I actually do want to sell this car and I'm not just dreaming. I would also be willing to deliver this car, by driving it, to central PA area after auction close for 500.00. Again, if we can work something out lets chat before the auction closes and work our the details. You will absolutely love this Miata. Wow. I am also open to interesting trades, fun or cool vintage cars or convertible or I would love to have a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I have the car for sale locally and so reserve the right to end the auction at any time for a local buyer. Bid early so you don't lose this great car. I think I took these pics too early in the morning for the yellow paint to really shine...look at the clock on the radio...it was 5:55. The paint is fantastic. I'm happy to send you some better pics if you want them. It doesn't look like it has a high gloss in my pics but it does! Its great. I'm not sure why no one is bidding on this car...I thought it would elicit bids right away. Shows you what I know. : ) On Jul-13-12 at 15:32:04 PDT, seller added the following information: Some have asked if the car has ever been in an accident and according to the carfax it is completely clear however in talking to the original owners again it seems the car was involved in a minor parking lot accident where someone backed into the hood requiring the hood to be replaced. I then realized there were stickers on every body panel which carry the car's vin number...true to the story the hood vin sticker has a different number but the front fenders both have the original vin number. the new hood is an official mazda part with all the stickers in place. The paint is beautiful and is a great match but the hood and the two front fenders have been painted on the car. Again, the paint looks so much better in person than in my pics, makes me want to take all new pics and start the whole thing over but...oh well. Its a nice little miata.
