Vehicle Detail
One Owner G500 Grande Edition #380 of what was planned to be the last 500 G-Wagons. It is still under a factory Mercedes Benz extended warranty until late November 2012 or 100,000 miles (the vehicle has an in service date of November 2006) Vehicle has been highly maintained by German car enthusiast (non-smoker) and all service records/ oil changes since new. Everything works, and all original keys, NAV discs, covers, mats, manuals etc. are still with the truck and included. New brakes (rotors and pads) and wheel bearings less than 500 miles ago. It also has brand new Bilstein HD shocks which makes the vehicle ride better than new. Tires are also recent (OEM Yokohama Geolanders) and it just had a "B" service at Ray Catena Mercedes last week. The transfer case and drive shaft also both replaced under warranty approximately 2 months ago. The vehicle's paint and interior looks like a vehicle with half it's age (recently mistaken for new) - the truck was regularly professionally detailed and handwaxed and was always parked away from other cars. There are no dings or curbing on the wheels. Never used as a commuter or offroad, mainly highway trips between New Jersey and Ohio. There are two extremely minor/ hairline types of scratches (one on passengers mirror and one on the pillar between the driver's front and rear doors - most people would not notice either. The vehicle was hit in the back once in a very minor accident (you could barely tell other than a dent in the spare wheel cover) and I made their insurance company replace the entire tailgate/ spare tire carrier with a new on from German along with the bumper cover) Neither rear side pillar had any paint work (you can check it with a paint meter) You will not find a nicer/ better maintained G-wagon for close to this money.
