Bought this classic in 2002, daily drive and garage kept (not near beach). It is not in show condition presently, but runs great and lots of fun! Driven for parades/weddings, still turns heads every day with top down! Original AM/FM stereo works, dash speakers are new! Here's the full and open disclosure part: CLEAN TITLE, NEVER BEEN WRECKED, GARAGE KEPT, RUNS RIGHT! ENGINE: Runs very well. Leaks some oil, but not a lot. Power steering, starter, brakes, water pump, radiator, hoses, plugs all fairly new. Transmission good and odometer cable replaced but still doesn't work right. Paint: Very little rust but needs a paint job soon. Only passenger rear fender panel needs body work (see photo), rest of the car is clean, including window trim areas! Rubber around rear bumper is gone, needs replacing. TOP: Vinyl top has rips (covered with duct tape) but does keep interior dry. Electric scissor top motor replaced and works but passenger side gear weak and must help top up when raising. WINDOWS: Window seals are original. ALL 4 window motors work, and can be put up and down. Drivers 4-window switch doesn't control drivers window, so door lock switch was replaced with drivers window single switch. Door locks need work. Basically, power windows, doors, top wiring should be looked at. INTERIOR: Power seats work great! Two small tears in vinyl seat, used seat covers for last 6 years. Interior floor light covers gone. Dash in great shape with only two 1" cracks (easily repaired). AC: Works good with R12. May need recharge for summer. (2 cans of R12 come with car).
