Up for auction is a 1970 Dodge Challenger rolling shell. I'm cleaning out my yard. It has no title, no fender tag, and no VIN. It is sold for parts only. It has rust in the usual places the floors are pretty bad but not gone. The rails are rusty. The roof is dented. The trunk floor is not good, it has been patched. It does have the 26" rad. support. It has the K member and bars. 8.75 rear with a open third member stuffed in it to hold the axles. The quarters are not too good around the wheel opening. They have been filled. The rear window area is nice as is the speaker tray. It comes with the deck lid (rusty lip) and a left and right door if you want them( both have rust but restorable). Also included is a rear valance and a fiberglass deck lid if you want them. Please email me if you have questions BEFORE you bid. Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction or the auction will become void and i will relist it. Vehicle must be picked up in a timely manner, i do not want to store it anymore. Winning bidder must make arrangements with me for pickup after the auction ends and also if you intend to pay with cash. I will assist in loading it on your trailer. Good luck!! thanks for the interest. yes this is a 70' shell. i bought it as a complete car. it started out as a JH29 with a 383. i pulled off all the parts i needed and sold the rest of the SE items. the car was a recovered theft and the tag and dash VIN were missing when i bought it. this is what i have left. the two blue doors you see in one of the pictures go with it. i do have the SE trim panels but they were orange and someone painted them black. you can have those too if you want. thanks...brstretch On Jul-05-12 at 19:52:33 PDT, seller added the following information: i have added some more photos. i hope this answers some off the questions. thanks..On Jul-05-12 at 20:40:11 PDT, seller added the following information: the left front drivers foot well also has a patch. i thought i had mentioned this previously but did not. sorry for the confusion. those of you asking about the rails. the very front and the very rear where the bumpers mount have rust outs. pretty much anywhere there is a seam, or a reinforcement welded in. the bar cross member is fairly solid, it does have rust though. the a-pillars are pretty soild except for the very bottom on the seam. the cowl is pretty nice but has a few rust outs around the trim screw holes. this shell is not too bad. i just don't want anyone thinking it is perfect gem. i have fixed alot worse.
