Vehicle Detail
For sale is my 1986 F-150 4x4 Stepside. i purchased this from ebay back in the spring of 2010 from Florida. i was told it spent most of its life there, and i concure. there is minimal rust, most noticable is a hole the size of a dime in the bottom of the passenger door and some on the passenger cab corner. i havent had it on the road, but did finally get the title in my name, so it has a clean and clear Pa title. also included will be a diamond plate bed tool box that came with the truck that i had removed. the only things i have done to this truck are as follows: -new ignition relay -swapped gauges for a set with a tach(original set pictured below and included) -threw some used 35's from craigslist on it as the 33's it came with wouldnt hold air for more than a day. current 35's dont hold air that well either. these tires should be replaced before driving it. truck: 5.0L FI Auto Trans Manual shift X-fer case 4x4 110Kmiles black exterior(could use paint) red interior w/bench seat(not perfect, could use a dash pad because it has cracks in it, sagging head liner) manual locks and windows no a/c(its there but there is no belt hooked up) windshield has a crack going up the drivers side i really havent gone through this truck as i was in the Navy and stationed in Virginia when i bought it, so it just sat. it did get started and moved around the yard once or twice a month. previous owner said it has a 2inch body lift, unknown suspension lift. for some reason i cant unlock either door from the outside. i think the rods may have come off the locks, shouldnt be too hard to fix. the wood in the bed was replaced by the previous owner with diamond plate and painted silver. this has been sitting since 2010 so please dont expect a show truck you can hop into and drive to montana, it will need a good once over and maybe a tune up. however it does run and drive, so it should be good for short distances, but again please go over it before you make long trips. it does need tires and possibly a battery. has good oil pressure. i WILL NOT ship. if you want the vehicle shipped, you will do so on your dime through a reputable shipper.
