THE TWO CAM PLUGS THAT ARE MISSING ALLOW OIL TO LEAK THUS THE REASON WHY I DO NOT ADD MORE TO IT. THE ENGINE WILL TURN OVER IF OIL, GAS, AND A BATTERY CHARGE ALLOWED- HOWEVER NOTE THAT IT IS NOT SAFE TO RUN THIS ENGINE.
