For sale is a 1987 Mercedes Benz 300SDL. Strong running 3.0 Liter inline 6 cylinder turbo diesel. German engineered and manufactured in Stuttgart Germany. Car was originally sold in Ft. Myers, FL and has service records from day 1. This car has been modified with an "auxiliary fuel tank" in the trunk. This tank can be used for regular diesel, biodiesel, SVO, or WVO. There is an A/B valve along with a heat exchanger under the hood to select between the 20 gallon stock fuel tank and the AUX (WVO) tank. Car has new tires and brakes. I will install a brand new battery if the buy it now option/price is met. Now for the bad news.. This is a 25 year old car. One of the power steering lines has a leak however it does not effect the driveability nor has the reservoir been allowed to go empty. There are a few exhaust hangers needing replaced. And lastly, a local hooligan has taken it upon himself to break out the passenger side headlight. As is, personally, I would feel comfortable driving this car anywhere. I have a clear Florida title in hand. This car is being offered for local pickup only. Please ask all questions before bidding.
