Vehicle Detail
I'm selling my Civic with great sadness - we are downsizing to one car and the more mountain- ready one is winning out. This has been a great car while I have owned it since 2008. It had two prior owners - a traveling salesman (hence the high mileage) and then a mid-twenties guy who had taken really good care of it. THE ROOF BOX & RACK IS NOT INCLUDED The most recent work that I had done on it was in October 2010 when I got new tires (Eclipse All Seasons Blackwall - which do pretty well in snow) and got new struts. The wheels were also aligned at this time. I have the warranty for this work on hand. Other inspections/work on the car: 3/2012: most recent oil change including a change in oil filter 7/2011: new headlights (old ones were too foggy-looking) 12/2010: Vehicle Inspection Report including emission inspection: pass 1/2010: Tune-up with valve adjust, replaced 4 spark plugs, power steering drive belt, alt and alc drive belt 9/2009: replaced front break pads, brake discs and caliper pins, replaced lower control arm bushings, replaced front motor mount 9/2009: dealer replaced seat belt buckle under warranty (SRS light was on and mechanic said that this would be fixed by dealer for free) 3/2008: inspection in prep to buy car from seller. All was well. I have a few receipts from the past owner as well which include replacing the O2 censor in 1/ 2002 and 3/2007 when the timing belt was replaced. Other things to know about the car.... •oil and fluids have been changed regularly •regular wear and tear - a few bumps and bruises on the exterior but nothing major or have been inclined to repair. •the car had the original radio/cd player. If I were really into tunes, I would probably replace this. The CD player seems to get a little unreliable if you're on a long road trip, i.e.3+ hours. By this I mean it doesn't seem to reliably read CDs - takes longer to load each song. •In the last year I've been on some long road trips to Canada and it has been perfect. Please reach me by email if you are interested or have questions. On Jun-19-12 at 22:37:03 PDT, seller added the following information:Note on payment: *$500 deposit is non refundable, so please ask for an inspection or come check out the car if you are worried about it *If the auction winner has no feedback or negative feedback, I will require payment to clear my bank before title & car are transferred *Since I added these terms after the auction started, please cancel your bid if you do not plan on honoring them
