Your viewing the rare 1975 Buick Century Indy Pace Car. This car I would like to see find itself a good home. One that will appreaciate the uniqueness of this fine car. Check out the NADA listing for this car. It's N/A.....It's that rare! For a comparable to gauge what direction this car will be worth soon,check out the 1973 and 1974 Century GS value listings. I have all the original documentation from the original owner. I will try and get a picture posted prior to listing time. Also the rear seats have not been removed,so the build sheet may or may not be located in that area. If you already know about this model,then enjoy viewing the pictures and if your a serious buyer you would know what questions to ask about it. For those who dont....google this model and review the history of this rare vehicle. Now let's start with the listing..... Purchased in Oct of 2007 as a one owner original condition low mile car that was located in northern Ohio,it was a plain discolored white Century without the graphics. Since that time,we have performed- Repaint in a frost white. Graphics re-produced and all details/specs installed on a memory stick. New Goodyear 255/60/15 Eagles. 3.42 Ratio ring and pinion with posi. Dual exhaust running through dual cats and stock oval mufflers. 455 with 9.5 to 1 ratio with Stage 1 heads TH400 Transmission with Stage 1 spec high rpm shift govoner AM/FM/8-Track/CB pushbutton all in dash Delco unit. Hideaway CB antenna Period correct Delco battery. Fabricated dual snorkle air cleaner assembly. Original R-12 in A/C unit. (38 degrees at vent) Hatch covers in trunk. Original 350 4bbl engine and TH350 transmission in storage and is included with the purchase of this car. I can go on and on about how solid and smooth this car is. The pictures show that. It would be better just to list what I would repair or replace on this car if I were to keep it. First would be the headliner. No rips or tears,but it is pulling away from under the hatch frame and requires an adheasive that works from a upostery shop. Next would be the left corner of the dash. It has area of cracking that needs repaired before it becomes worse. This is the corner that tall drivers hit thier knee on getting in. Now at the rear is the "filler" panel just below the tailight. The right rear has been replaced and the left is due next. The only resto parts for this I could find are now molded in fiberglass. Bumpers....Especially the rear should be re-chromed. No dents or anything, just the begining stages of peeling. Wheels....Now for most cars this may be expensive,but these just need re-painted and re-pinstriped. Finally would the the engine bay. This area requires more detailing. Thats about it. If you have anything to ask that's been left out of my description do not hesitate to contact. Once again,please only serious inquirys. ONE LAST NOTE REGARDING THIS CAR. IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU MAY KNOW THAT LIVED IN THE LORAIN,OH AREA IN THE MID 70'S THAT YOU KNOW OR THINK MAY HAVE OWNED THIS CAR,WE CAME ACROSS SOME PICTURES THAT FELL DOWN FROM THE DEFROSTER-HEATER DUCT AREA NEAR THE GLOVE BOX THAT WERE STILL IN THE PACKET FROM THE CAMERA SHOP. THE PACKET SHOWS THE NAME OF BIERMAN AND WERE FROM HOUFFS PHARMACY IN LORAIN,OH. THERE ARE 25 PICTURES AND APPEAR TO BE PICTURES OF A RESORT-VACATION AREA WITH A COUPLE IN THIER MID 40'S. THE ONLY DATE I CAN FIND ON THE PACKET IS 11/1/82.
