Up for bid I have a 1973 Mercedes Benz 450SL. I am the 3rd owner and have owned it for 15 years. It has 75,000 original miles, and was painted several years ago. I also have both tops for it. My terms and details:I require a $500.00 deposit via Paypal within 48 hours of auctions end. The balance is due in cash upon pickup within 7 days. Title will be issued upon payment of the remaining balance at pickup. Taxes, Title Transfer Fees, License and other state requirements or fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. I prefer that you pickup the vehicle up, however if you prefer to have it shipped Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and arrangements to ship the vehicle. I will cooperate with the shipper to arrange for a smooth delivery. It is the Buyers responsibility to arrange for transfer of title, tags and all taxes in his or her own home state. Sale of this vehicle is final and as is where is. I encourage all prospective Buyers to inspect and/or drive the vehicle prior to purchase. it is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspect the vehicle and to have satisfied himself/herself as to the condition, value and to the bid based upon that judgement solely. The Seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with the vehicle at the Buyer's request prior to the close of the sale. The seller will not be responsible for any expenses, including, but not limited to, travel costs or any other costs the Buyer incurs whether they purchase the vehicle or not.
