1940 plymouth ...special-deluxe sedan 4 dr....ALL original down to every detail and NOTHING missing...fresh find in storage since 1976...runs great ,holds 40psi oil pressure at idle,every thing works even heater still blows heat....extremely nice body ,no rust,very very straight ,all moldings, grill , bumpers, very good no dents ,only surface rust on bumpers,easily removed....ALL door locks work,,NO broken glass , you can jump on the running boards they are solid as a rock....interior is very nice too ,no funky smells,no rips, only a few stains,steering has some wear but no cracks..headliner is NOT torn ALL guages work as they should...this could easily be a daily driver...has orig jack yet still has wooden tire chock ..car drives very nice straight and smooth..paint it faded but thats the patina of a car 71 yrs.old...something in this condition and this complete is very very rare,a collectors dream find....wipers ,dual horns,and parking brake all still work great....still has paper instruction for how to change a tire in the hubcaps,,and you can read them ..thats something I never saw before...this is a never molested very well cared for car...if you are looking for an original this is the one to get....I bought it to tear up for a street rod and have not been able to make myself tear it apart, but it would be an easy and beautiful hotrod....I have a clear PA title in hand...in my name.car is located in northeastern .PA and NJ border. zip 18091...text will not be answered....call Ray 610-597-2490 ...for info or to see...can deliver for extra cost once paid in full...might trade for right hotrod....terms are I get cash you get car and title...I don,t accept over payments or forward cash to anyone for any reason...won,t fall for scams...don,t miss this one..private listing to protect bidders ID....thanks for for bidding....On Jun-07-12 at 19:22:40 PDT, seller added the following information: if this does not sell I,m not going to wait any longer to build a hotrod ..I wll start tearing it up to build what I want with, a car this nice it will be easy...when I do if anyone is interested the stock running gear will be for sale as will other stock parts....engine,trans,rear,steering assy,wheels and tires,seats,and most moldings..I want the car very smooth.likely only grill and bumpers will stay..On Jun-07-12 at 19:38:31 PDT, seller added the following information: I already have a 454,turbo 350 trans,tilt columb,ron fransis wiring harness,12 bolt rear,wheels,front seats,a/c-heat unit,just wating for the car to use it on.and a bundle of cash burning a whole in my pocket..want to have a car done by november to head for fla for the winter.
