PORSCHE CARRERA 2 CONVERTIBLE 1999This auction is for a Porsche 911 or 996 model Carrera 2 Cabriolet with 140,740 miles, it has had two owners and has full Porsche main dealer service history. The service book is stamped up showing all of the services, additionally it has just undergone over $2000:00 worth of maintenance at Stead Porsche of Walnut Creek, they have also smogged it and performed a Porsche safety inspection.The Carrera is in very good condition, of course there is no rust, the body is straight but it does have some small dings, I've tried to photograph these as you can see in the pics.If you are looking for a really cheap summer car then what can be better, its a 6 speed manual transmission, the motor sounds great, it has excellent oil pressure and runs beautifully.The interior is clean and tidy, the color is black, it has memory drivers seat and is fitted with a very expensive stereo system complete with a big amp, there is also an XM satellite radio system fitted which of course requires a subscription.The leather on the seat bases is a bit dry but there are no rips or tears and the stitching is fine, the dashboard is excellent and the carpet has always had overmats. The soft top is clean and in fine condition, the rear window, so often a problem was replaced in the last year or so. Wheels are correct original turbo twist 18" OEM with decent tires All in all champagne motoring for beer money!
