This is a completely refurbished car. In 2008 the City Of Colorado Springs contracted with the local Ford dealer "Phil Long Ford" to rebuild several cars in it's fleet. The body has 90 thousand miles and the motor, transmission, hoses, brakes etc were all replaced then. Now the title shows 27317 miles and so does the odometer, you do the math.. The title will show a mileage descrepency because the City reset everything. It drives like a new car. Has a new windshield and everything works. New spare tire and wheel, leather back seat, cloth front seats. Steering wheel is good, no chunks from them getting out of the car with all there stuff on. It was also repainted then, notice the white grill. It still has the adhesive residue on it. Tires are more than half tread, no leaks, clean underneath.
