1969 Roadrunner drag car project Front end- Mustang II front end, The car has wilwood disc brakes up front and coil overs. The rack and pinion is all the but needs a steering shaft to steer. The front is setup good and looks neat Rear end- The car has a 9 inch ford rear end with 35 spline moser axels. The center section is just in there to roll it around. The car is backhalved and is a 4 link. All the bars are there as is the coil overs. The rear has no brakes Body- The body is super solid and there is no rust. The roof and quarters are steel and the rest is fiberglass and in good shape. The bumpers are also fiberglass. The body panels are all dzus fastened and all come off with ease. The car is straight and has a older paint job on it but its still nice just out of style. Just look at the pics and you can see its a good straight car for a race car. The car had lexan windows in it but the clouded up so i saved them for templates for new ones Interior- The inside has a funny car cage and was nhra certified in 2003 to go 8.50's. The welds are good and you can see what you get in the pics. In the trunk there are all the floor sheetmetal, the dzus fasten on as does the trans tunnel. Wheels And Tires- The wheels are vintage weld wheels, the tires are old 31x14 slicks, They are old also but hold air good. The reason we are selling the car is we have to many projects and just cant find time to start on this one. The car is a race car so it does not have a title so you will get a bill of sale. The car has no V.I.N so i cant tell if its a real roadrunner or not. If you are bidding outside the u.s please check shipping before you bid.
