Up for your consideration one 1973 Ford Mach I Mustang project. This car owned by a local Mustang enthusiast and sold to a man as a father and son project. The car was purchased in 1996 was running and driving but was never plated just taken into storage. The car is a very solid project with the important stuff in great shape. The frame rails and the torque boxes are RUST FREE. The floor pans need replaced the the owner and his son removed most of the drivers side but did not finish the job. The car was originally green with green interior but at some point the front seats were dyed black. The back seat and panels were replaced with black. The interior needs restoration and refinished. All glass is good in the car and the windows roll up and down. The door panels are complete with all trim needed for your new panels. The Mach mirrors are good shape and work remote as they should. The rear quarter on the passenger side was wrecked years ago and backyard bodyman fixed. The correct new panels are included for the quarter panel and the drivers floor pan. The passenger floor pan will need replaced also. The trunk floor has a few pin holes but basically good. The deck lid is rusty a rust FREE original deck lid is included the hood will need replaced. The front bumper is in great shape no cracks or damage. These bumpers are not reproduced and are hard to find in any shape. The motor is original to the car as is the rear end and transmission. This car has the optional tach dash and center guages. The drivers door and front fenders and hood have been replaced at one time so the exact decoding is not possible. Running this car one more time I have added a rust free decklid with the sale. If you know Mustangs you know that torque boxes ,frame rails and rockers are your foundation and this car has great ones. The drivers rear quarter has one or two SMALL pin holes no major rust fenders are in good shape all in all nice hard to find base car to build your way. The passenger rear brake is locked up so be sure to plan on winching it on your trailer or breaking the tire loose. I am unable to help load the car due to health issues but have a local tow complany that will load it on your trailer for $100.00 if you need his service. We have another Mach ending tomorrow that has lot of different options . This car has a clear title.
