This truck was restored back before I got it ,I got it on a trade over a year ago.the truck has a chevy bed on it and I didn,t like the chevy fenders (pictures show before and after) so I removed them,welded in the old holes and put ford fenders on the chevy bed and it had a few spots that needed attention and it does need some more bodywork before painting ,how much depends on what you want..I have the trim for the grill and sides of the hood as shown in the before pictures.The underside of the truck is in excellant shape and painted black,chrome oil pan on motor and trans.Motor and trans are excellant (front seal on trans had started leaking alittle from setting up but I have been driving it quite abit lately and it has about stopped.)350 chevy motor with a r/v cam ,eldebrock intake,holly carb,headers,runs cool and has good oil pressure etc,trans shifts excellant.,truck drives good.Nova front clip with pwr steering and pwr disc brakes,camaro rear end,new tires,has a new elec wiper system installed but needs adjustment because it wont make a complete cycle.tilt wheel,blinkers ,emergency flashers,am/fm radio,VDO gauges,all work.Original builder mounted blue clearence lights all around under truck. .Interior is in great shape..All rubbers on truck have been replaced and in good shape.I was getting it ready to repaint but don,t have time for it now,I won,t give it away ,if it doesn,t sell I will put it in the shop and have it finished,the truck is very well worth doing that.Truck will cruise at freeway speeds all day long ,easily bark the tires from 1st to 2nd shift and is very dependable.Floor ,frame etc are all excellant,gas tank relocated in rear of truck with filler behind lic. plate.bed cover (tarp and frame) is included and in good shape,paint on roof is flaking from sun and that is POR sealant (black) on seam between roof and rear window.Any bidders with no or bad feedback sorry but I will cancel your bid unless approved before hand.last 2 pictures are when I first got it. There is bondo on the truck,but most of it (that I found) was a skim coat to like smooth out the bed,the reason I did what I did was because of the rear fenders ,and there was the paint on the roof had started coming off from the sun,and the 2 front lower pieces (lower front fenders) were rusting below the grill area and a couple of small bubble spots , it is no where near a rust bucket.I would replace the lower front fenders if I was going to do a top job but I did bondo those spots and they still need some finish work I just don,t have the time now.When this truck was built someone did a great job in my opinion , the cab, doors and all are in very good condition.I have been asked a couple of times if I would take 8000 for it but no,For everyone who has asked the reserve is 9000 and it will take that to own the truck or I will keep it.Thanks for bidding, Jerry - On May-31-12 at 13:37:17 PDT, seller added the following information: Added pictures of inside
