You are looking at very original, unmolested, rust free Arizona 1968 Ford Mustang Coupe. This car is all there it just needs someone who wants a good clean complete car to restore. This car was origninally sent to Arizona and has never left. I am the third owner of this 44 year old car. It has a straight body and it appears to have retained all of its original panels. I was told when I purchased the car that in the late 90's the car was in a small fender bender involving a police car and was repaired by the City of Glendale and was repainted at that time. Other than that the prior owner states that the car was never involved in any previous accidents. The motor is 100% orignal and it does start and run, but as it warms up it starts making a noise that in my opinion I believe the motor needs to be rebuilt. The transmission shifts fine. The air conditioning works, but it is not blowing cold air. Paint is faded and chipping in areas, please see pictures. Does have the origninal rims with hubcaps and tires are in fair condition. All lights and turn signals are currently working. The am radio does not come on, I assume the speaker is not working. Headliner, seats, dash pad, and carpet all seem fine; however, there is a rip in the drivers seat at the seam, see pictures. The doors shut as if they were new, great solid sound and no adjustments needed. All glass is good and is factory tinted, the front windshield does have small chip. The car would need to be trailered, as I do not trust that the car could be driven any distance. I will help with any shipping arraingements that are agreed upon, but shipping will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The car is currently located in Arizona City, AZ., which is halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. Car has a clean Arizona title.
