1963 Ford galaxie : 390 engine, C-6 automatic transmission, power steering and power brakes. This car has been lowered 3 inches front and 4 inches rear, has 16 inch front and 20 inch rear wheels. This was a 4 door that has been professionally converted to a 2 door, rear door handles removed and steel welded in place of holes, gaps in doors filled with steel rod bent and formed to fit the gaps and welded. Car has been blocked out and sanded repeatedly to get a nice straight finish. It is painted in a flat blue metallic with a little pearl in it. i tried to take some close up pictures of the paint to show the color. This is a one of the coolest looking flat colors i have ever seen, pictures cannot do it justice. The roof was painted with a gray and darker blue misted together to get a realistic looking suede effect. the body is extremely straight, the car was just finished out of paint shop a week ago, it looks amazing. The interior needs the seats reupholstered and just has some old style seat covers in place for now, the dash pad is cracked, the door panels are in great condition. The 390 engine runs great and has lots of power, the transmission shifts smoothly, and the car rides like a cadillac. i will be adding photos of the interior and engine in the next couple days. I have to sell this one before finishing it as i need the money. This would be a great car for someone to drive and enjoy and you can do a show quality interior in it later and finish detailing it out under the hood.
