Beautiful 1949 GMC 3/4 Ton Long Bed Pickup Truck in GREAT CONDITION! This is a California truck that is completely rust free. I am a very meticulous guy (construction manager and clock maker/repair guy). I did a complete frame off restoration over many years, and I finally finished it after I retired to have it as my own truck. I have owned the car for over 20 years. Everything was rebuilt or replaced with original equipment. Very stock. Still 6 volt, etc. Everything works and it is a driver now. I drive it several times a week. I replaced the rear end so it wasn't geared so low and runs to 55 or 60 smoothly. I also removed a couple of the leaf springs (it's a long bed 3/4 ton) to help it drive more smoothly as well. Still, it's really a work truck. Sweet. The mileage shown is 76000 but since the rebuild is approx. 3000 max. The exterior color is stock, very dark green: almost black.
